MARK-103 System

POLY-CARB MARK-103 is a 3-part, epoxy based concrete patching kit. It has been field-tested on major highways, parking garages and a wide range of surfaces subject to heavy industrial traffic.

The chemical properties inherent to MARK-103 make it an excellent patching material. When used according to instructions, MARK-103 fills cracks and potholes completely leaving no gaps, bubbles or other flaws which tend to reduce a patch’s loads bearing efficiencies, weaken the bond and ultimately result in premature re-patching. MARK-103 demonstrates 3 times the load bearing capabilities of regular concrete.

Though extremely hard, MARK-103 is formulated to be resilient as well. It has a tendency to “give”, unlike harder, more brittle materials. That means MARK-103 not only adheres to concrete surfaces beautifully and patches smoothly, but that it will also in all likelihood outlast the concrete itself. MARK-103 forms a chemical bond with clean concrete which I stronger than the concrete itself.

The MARK-103 kit is an ideal, economical solution to your occasional concrete repair problems. It performs superbly, offering high strength floor patching at any thickness ranging from feather edging to the full depth of concrete. It can also be used as a grout or anchor for machinery, or to level uneven floors, or as a non-skid surface coating on ramps, docks, decks and similar slippery surfaces.
