Concrete Sealers & Topcoats The objective of protecting concrete surfaces is to prevent corrosion, cracking, delamination, spalling and erosion. Surface applied penetrating sealers and coatings/membranes are proven methods of minimizing the intrusion of chlorides in concrete, hence enhancing the durability, performance and life of the concrete.

• MARK-73-two-component urethane coating designed with high performance, high gloss
• MARK-124-two-component epoxy penetrating waterproofing sealer

• MARK-135- combination of extremely low viscosity, and low surface tension
• MARK-132- specially designed to help cure, seal and weatherproof freshly placed concrete.
• MARK-89- user friendly urethane polymer formulated for the treatment of concrete.

Please note: Maintenance of humidity and temperature of freshly placed concrete, poured within 30 days is a necessity. The parameters can be controlled by using a Cure and Seal System. This system is available in a clear sealer and a pigmented top coat.
