| 1979: | Introduced first commercial grade Long Life Epoxy Pavement Marking – POLY-CARB MARK-55. |
| 1979: | In cooperation with applicator Century Fence Company, POLY-CARB MARK-55: Epoxy Linemarking was applied to public roadways. |
| 1983: | Developed breakthrough system introduced to protect bridge decks FLEXOGRID |
| 1985: | POLY-CARB became the first product manufacturer to supply product application equipment ensuring 'Quality Control' – First generation FLEXOGRID Machine introduced. |

| 2002: | POLY-CARB opens new manufacturing facility in Roberta, GA. |
| 2002: | POLY-CARB introduces Pay-for-Performance Warranty Striping in New Mexico. It is used statewide. |
| 2003: | FLEXOGRID is utilized to protect Utah's Spaghetti Bowl, I-15 and I-80 intechanges. |

| 2005: | FLEXOGRID was installed on the landmark Whitestone Bronx Bridge. |

| 2006: | POLY-CARB's Day-Night Visibility System selected as a performance-based solution for use in the state of Missouri. Asset Preservation is born. |
| 2006: | FLEXOGRID protects new bridges on I-40, Coors Interchange in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
| 2007: | Joins Dow Epoxy Systems, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company. |
| 2008: | Puneet Singh, assumes role of General Manager of POLY-CARB, INC. |
| 2008: | POLY-CARB delivers a contract for approximately 3-million linear feet of Asset Preservation Pavement Safety Marking in Missouri. |
