For 3 decades, Dow POLY-CARB has set the standard for bridge deck safety and protection with the FLEXOGRID Bridge Deck Overlay System.

FLEXOGRID is a thin (1/4") and light, yet flexible proven overlay system that is twice as strong as concrete and impermeable to water and sodium chloride. The hybrid nature of this patented copolymer provides the molecular stability necessary for low-temperature flexibility, which allows it to resist reflective cracking through the most frigid winter conditions.

Engineers have reported skid numbers for FLEXOGRID as high as 70 when new, and as high as 55 even after eight or nine years of service.

In order to offer the best performance, POLY-CARB engineered the FLEXOGRID Machine to mix, meter and dispense material at controlled temperatures for highly predicable mass application at a rate of up to 10,000 square feet per hour! The FLEXOGRID Machine is now in its fifth generation.
