Grouts
POLY-CARB grouts out-perform conventional grouts because our customized polymer formulations take all performance factors - tensile as well as compressive strength, elongation at yield points, thermal compatibility, co-efficient of expansion, and the most critical factor, the modulus of elasticity - making sure all are carefully balanced. |
The result is uniform load distribution, superior stress relief, vibration neutralization and resistance to torque shock loading - all reasons why POLY-CARB grout will outlast the strongest concrete and conventional grouts. POLY-CARB grout demonstrates the full range of flow characteristics from free flow to non-sag. They will not shrink, apply easily with a minimum of downtime, give off no toxic fumes during application, bond superbly with concrete and metal and are suitable for food processing and other contamination-conscious environments.
When selecting a Grout System, consideration must be given to material behaviour, placement method and substrate conditions. Many stabilizing and strengthening techniques involve the use of Polymers and Cement Based Mortars. POLY-CARB systems are formulated in two broad categories: Epoxy Grouts - with and without graded aggregates and Chemical Anchoring Grouts.
